Being ad-free forever means the Kitpicks algorithm optimizes for your explicit preferences, not for views and scrolls. And with local-first design, your data stays on your device, preserving your privacy and future-proofing the app against service disruptions. Kitpicks makes its recommendations by running local inference on pre-trained language models to understand content, using on-device vector search to match content with your interests, and using on-device machine learning to identify your probable new interests based on clicks and explicit feedback.
